This is how I apply it:
- I use this to moistureize prior application.
- After about 5 minutes, I apply the Lip color conservatively. Two dots on upper lip and one on lower lip. A little goes a LONG way.
- I rub my lips and use my ring finger to spread evenly.
- Next, I apply a light layer of Clinique moisture surge lip over it and bite down on PAPER to make sure the color stays off my teeth.
